How fast does Luvaminos ship?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET are packed and handed to the carrier that same day, every day except US federal holidays. Ground then takes 2–4 business days in transit.

Short answer
Same-day means the parcel leaves the same day.
The 6:00 PM ET cut-off is the moment the day's parcels are handed to the carrier, and that happens every day except US federal holidays. Ordering before it means your parcel goes out that day. It does not mean the parcel arrives that day — add the transit time for the service you picked, counted in business days from the first business day after hand-off.
If something goes wrong
Late and lost parcels.
- Late: 4 days past carrier hand-off with no delivery earns a $25.00 store credit, spendable for 90 days.
- Lost: a parcel whose tracking stops and never arrives is covered by the 30-Day Order & Quality Guarantee — replaced, or refunded where it cannot be replaced.
- Damaged: send a photo of the item and its packaging and it is replaced. Nothing ships back.

What if my order is late?
If a parcel has still not arrived 4 days past the carrier hand-off, a $25.00 store credit is issued and stays spendable for 90 days. A parcel that never arrives at all is covered by the 30-Day Order & Quality Guarantee.
